Family recipes, cooked the slow way
Masala House started as a single tandoor oven and a family recipe book. Three generations later, we still cook everything to order — no shortcuts, no pre-mixed pastes. Every vegetarian dish is prepared on separate equipment, so it's a genuine option, not an afterthought.
